I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Aiden Saigon Hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and I felt like I got more than what I paid for. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and I absolutely loved relaxing in the small rooftop pool with stunning views of Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were attentive, and communication was easy since they spoke English quite well.
The HVAC system was a bit noisy at night.

Breakfast features fresh ingredients, with a chef cooking eggs any style right behind a glass partition. The Gold Double room was spacious and clean, with useful amenities like a mini-bar and free Wi-Fi.
Booked a Silver Double and found it had no window, which was not mentioned anywhere beforehand, leading to an unexpected upgrade cost. The rooftop pool is small at about 2M by 4M and doesn't have loungers. The water quality left much to be desired.

The staff were incredibly helpful, often going out of their way to ensure
our comfort. The hotel is located near a large supermarket and local eateries, making it easy to experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine. However, the rooftop pool, though charming, felt a bit lacking in space for relaxation.

A view to remember
The rooftop pool offers stunning views of Ho Chi Minh City, especially at sunset. The staff's friendliness made every interaction enjoyable, from check-in to breakfast.
One slight downside was the HVAC system's noise at night. it might be worth avoiding the 5th floor if you're a light sleeper.

The rooftop pool had cool views, but that HVAC system was really loud at night.

Try the rooftop pool for a serene sunset view, but don't expect a large area or loungers.

The breakfast buffet impressed me. Fresh ingredients, and I loved seeing the chef cook right in front. Options varied daily, making it easy to try something new. Staff members were attentive, ensuring a pleasant start to each day. My room, the Gold Double, was spacious and clean, equipped with useful amenities like a mini-bar and free wi-fi. I could unwind on the terrace with lovely plants. However, when I checked out, I felt let down by the reception staff. A manager observed me struggling with my bags but didn’t offer assistance. It was disappointing, especially after a good six-night stay. Overall, most staff were courteous, but this moment stood out negatively.
